Delete your BrightSparks account

Use this page to request deletion of your BrightSparks account and associated learning data. BrightSparks is published by Ricky Blazze Systems.

How to request deletion

Email hello@brightsparks.com with the subject line Delete my BrightSparks account. Include the email address used for your account and, if the account belongs to a child, your relationship to the child. We may ask for limited information to confirm that you are authorized to make the request.

Data we delete

Account identity details, such as display name and email address.
Student profile details, such as grade level and avatar choices.
Learning progress, lesson attempts, puzzle attempts, rewards, and streak data.
App preferences connected to the account.

Data we may keep

Security, fraud-prevention, or system logs for up to 30 days.
Records we must keep to meet legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution duties.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify your account.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. When deletion is complete, the account can no longer be used and the associated learning data cannot be restored.
